1 General Terms & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the jt444 platform and its users ("Member" or "Player"). Accessing the jt444 website, creating an account, or participating in any game constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in this Agreement are given below:

• "Platform" — The jt444 website and all associated services.
• "Member" or "Player" — A person who is registered on jt444 and holds an active account.
• "Gaming Balance" — The total funds deposited in a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds received through promotions, usable under specific conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account at jt444, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Only persons aged 21 or above are permitted to access this platform.
• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• You must create the account in your own name — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• The payment method you use (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) must belong to you personally.

jt444 reserves the right to reject any application or close any account without providing a reason. Keeping account login credentials completely confidential is the member's own responsibility.

3 Account Verification

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, jt444 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A scanned copy of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Methods

4.1 Deposit

The most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh are used to deposit funds at jt444. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account promptly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made through any one registered method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Processing time is typically 10 to 45 minutes.

The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• If an active bonus is in place, its wagering requirement must be met.
• The withdrawal method must belong to the member personally.
• jt444 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification if needed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit at jt444, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount or total balance. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless specifically permitted.
• jt444 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the account and all associated funds being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games — refer to the details of each offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on jt444 — slots, fishing games, live casino, sports betting, and others — are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The platform is secured by fair play technology and SSL encryption.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• A game result may be declared void due to a technical error, in which case the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost, the result of the ongoing game is stored on the server and can be viewed upon reconnection.
• For sports betting, a bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.
• jt444 reserves the right to void any bet it deems suspicious.

7 VIP Program

The jt444 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on regular play. VIP tier changes are determined at jt444's discretion. Applicable wagering terms must also be followed for cashback bonuses.

8 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jt444:

• Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonus benefits through coordination among multiple individuals.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Accessing another person's account or attempting to hack one.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other members.

If any such activity is detected, jt444 may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances. The right to take legal action is also reserved.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by the Member

A member may request to close their account at any time. Before submitting the request, all applicable bonus conditions must be fulfilled and the balance must be withdrawn.

9.2 Closure by jt444

jt444 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory directives.

10 Responsible Gaming

jt444 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. Please follow these guidelines at all times:

• Never place bets beyond your means.
• Avoid placing larger bets in an attempt to recover losses.
• Take regular breaks and set specific time limits.

In any circumstance, jt444's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in the member's account.

13 Changes to Terms
